Begin with the end in mind,

See death as the final destination

Someone who long for a rejuvenation of childhood innocent in this world of hypocrisy and irony... Someone who long for a touch of love in this cold and heartless strange land... Like a fallen angel, heaven seems to be so near, yet so far from me... Begin with the end in mind. Think death as the destination, As we edge closer to it everyday I love you

regarding the first crique "breast", i couldn't agree more. everytime when i flip the Straits Times of Singapore, i couldn't help but think that i am surfing porn. pictures of boobs and voluptuous female figures flood my eyes and raise my heatbeat thru sympathetic nerves connected to my heart. and i wonder what is happening to this premier english newspaper in sg. what happen to social decency?

and under "creativity and creed", it is said that most singaporeans are not happy with their lives. how true! when i was a student, my classmates were constantly stressed; when i was a waiter, my colleagues and bosses were usually unhappy and whiney; when i was a teacher, many of my collagues were pressurised and some even took leaves. it doesnt take much intellectual power to realise that this nation is sick.

there are serious socio-economic problems to solve in malaysia. and some problems are deep-rooted and extensive. however, i feel that malaysia, as compared to singapore, has more resemblence to a country, a community with its unique cultures, a society with intellectuals and citizens who have their own opinions, a nation with many NGOs that work hand-in-hand with the govt (or cover the blindspots of the govt), a Thomas Cup team with our own true-blue citizens.

on a completely irrelevent issue, my msian fren juz shared with me his interesting stories being a bartender in a ktv.
- his job is to make the drinks only. but when he sees a hot chic (w/o any men ard her), he will auto-send the drink to the room as well, and make fren haha
- his waiter colleagues sometimes even go into the room and sing with the customers. how hilarious is that!

well... i miss band, and how i wish i can go to Capriccio XXII. all the best to my juniors!
i revisit all my photos in the comp, and find that i badly miss my jc days. my youth! with all my critiques on singapore, there is no denying that i made some great singaporean frens. i sincerely wish that you guys will rise and spearhead a revolution for the better of singapore
i think the best lesson i learnt from hwachong is: live in passion, lead in compassion
